jiwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jiwin ("jiwin", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at https://jiwin.club ("the Platform"). These Terms govern your registration, use of the Platform, and any transaction you make on jiwin. By registering an account or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 Access to and use of the jiwin Platform is conditional upon your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

1.2 These Terms should be read together with jiwin's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

1.3 jiwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the jiwin Platform. This requirement is imposed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jiwin strictly enforces age verification. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction. The jiwin Platform is operated for the benefit of players located in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines at the time of each transaction and that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Capacity. You confirm that you are of sound mind and are not acting under any legal incapacity that would prevent you from entering into a binding agreement.

2.4 Existing Exclusions. You must not register or use jiwin if you are subject to a self-exclusion order, PAGCOR exclusion, or any other gambling prohibition issued by a competent authority.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access betting and gaming services, you must create a jiwin account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 One Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) jiwin account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to PAGCOR.

3.3 KYC Verification. jiwin is required by PAGCOR and Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations to verify your identity before processing withdrawal requests. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID) upon request.

3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jiwin will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.5 You agree to notify jiwin immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 All deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by jiwin, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).

4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. jiwin reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

4.3 Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jiwin does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from payment accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may trigger a compliance review.

4.4 jiwin does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. jiwin is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. jiwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification.

5.3 jiwin will endeavour to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) Philippine business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

5.4 jiwin reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jiwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, including minimum odds requirements, wagering requirements, and expiry dates.

6.2 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each individual promotion's terms.

6.3 jiwin reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. jiwin also reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or fraudulent activity.

6.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 All bets placed on jiwin are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or sporting event, as displayed within the Platform at the time of wagering.

7.2 jiwin reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by corruption, match-fixing, or irregular betting patterns as identified by jiwin or by a relevant sporting authority.

7.3 In the event of a technical failure during the settlement of a game or bet, jiwin will endeavour to settle all wagers fairly based on available information. jiwin's decision in such matters is final.

7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the relevant game interface. These limits may be adjusted by jiwin at any time without notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiwin Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Creating more than one account;
• Providing false or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or IP masking tool to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive behaviour toward jiwin staff or other players.

Breach of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 jiwin is committed to promoting responsible gambling. jiwin provides deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all registered players, accessible via the account settings dashboard.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the jiwin Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, and trademarks — is the property of jiwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from jiwin.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jiwin shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, interruption of service, or force majeure events.

11.2 jiwin's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the net deposit made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 jiwin does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses. jiwin will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Privacy

12.1 jiwin processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the jiwin Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 jiwin is licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with jiwin may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

13.3 For disputes relating to the settlement of bets or gaming outcomes, jiwin's decision, made in good faith, shall be final, subject only to PAGCOR oversight.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 jiwin reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the jiwin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your jiwin account before the effective date.
