8.3 After the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

11.1 The jiwin Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years and above. jiwin does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21. If jiwin becomes aware that an account has been registered by an underage person, the account will be immediately closed, all data deleted, and any deposits returned.
